It has come to our notice that certain individuals are misrepresenting themselves as the employees or agents or directors or owners or representative of DS Group through fraudulent domain names, websites, mirror website, Google forms, social media pages, misusing its name, trademarks and logos, office address and even the Corporate Identification Number and GSTIN of the Company. These imposters have been communicating with the general public through fake email ids, messages and telecom and issuing fake job advertisements/dealership opportunities, fake offers and schemes on products of DS Group by using forged and fabricated appointment letters, dealership application forms, confirmation/approval/offer letters, invoices etc., and demanding money.

We urge the public to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with such imposters.

CUSTOMERS, GENERAL PUBLIC AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED:

1. To exercise caution against fraudsters who may use fake email IDs, fake websites, fake profiles on Social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) domains, websites, telephones and advertisements in newspapers/magazines, etc. by impersonating themselves to be from DS Group and claim to be offering promotional offers, collect customer account details, ask for advance money.

2. DS Group or any of its representatives will NOT call for any advance payment of money from any of its prospects/customers;

3. DS Group or any of its representatives will NOT ask for personal or financial information such as OTPs, PINs, or account.

4. You are obliged NOT to share OTP/PIN with any person or authorizing UPI requests in wallets, received from unknown sources, as the same may lead to a fraud, through which, money may be debited from your Bank account and credited to fraudster’s account.

5. As a precautionary measure, in case you receive mails claiming to be from DS Group, from public domains like Gmail/Yahoo/Rediff/Ymail, etc., or in any other form, then those mails are not authentic and not from the DS Group.

6. To exercise caution against fraudsters luring you with fictitious offers by calling you over unidentified phone numbers, fake email ids, fake website/domain and/or through any other physical or electronic medium and styling themselves to be employee/representative of DS Group and/or its Group Companies.

7. Before dealing with such fraudsters and/or responding/accessing any fraudulent advertisements, telephone calls, emails and website, to protect themselves against any fraud and criminal acts of the perpetrators, you are advised to act responsibly and are solely obliged to verify:
