Catch Pasta Masala

Ingredients

  • Pasta/Macaroni – 70gm
  • Vegetable oil – ½ tbsp.
  • Onions – 1 pc
  • Carrots – ½ pc
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • Bell Pepper – 1 pc
  • Butter – 1 tbsp.
  • Catch Pasta Masala
  • Catch Schezwan Paste
  • Catch Pasta Masala
  • Coriander Leaves (Garnish)

Recipe Instructions

  • Boil 70gm Pasta/Macaroni with ½ tsp oil and ½ tsp salt. Drain and keep aside.
  • Now cut 80gm mix vegetable (onion, tomato, carrot, bell pepper).
  • Add ½ tsp chopped garlic, cook or stir fry with the help of 1tbsp oil & 1 tbsp butter.
  • Add 50gm tomato Puree and 5gm Catch Schezwan paste. Cook for 2-3mins.
  • Now add the boiled pasta and Catch pasta masala powder in it & mix well.
  • Add 50ml water cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
