Steamed idlis

Ghee (clarified butter)
2–3 tbsp
Catch Idli Powder
2 tbsp
Curry leaves
8–10 leaves
Mustard seeds
½ tbsp
Green chilies
1–2, finely chopped
Salt
a pinch
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Transfer the steamed idli pieces into a serving bowl.
Step 2
Drizzle hot ghee generously over the idlis.
Step 3
Sprinkle Catch Idli Powder evenly on top.
Step 4
Gently toss to ensure the idlis are well coated.
Step 5
Serve immediately while hot and aromatic.
