25 g (½ cup)
Oil

Onion (chopped)

Tomato (chopped)
½ cup
Catch Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp
Catch Soya Wadi Masala
1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander (chopped)
For garnish
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Soak 25g (1/2 cup) of Soya Wadi in water, boil and squeeze water & Keep aside
Step 2
Heat 3 tbsp oil, Sauté ½ cup chopped onion till brown
Step 3
Add ½ cup chopped tomato, 1 tbsp Catch ginger garlic paste & stir fry till oil separates
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp Catch Soya Wadi masala, Soya wadi and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add 1 Cup water and cook for 5 -6 minutes on medium flame
Step 6
Once done add Chopped Coriander and serve Hot with Rice or roti
