Chana Dal

Urad Dal
½ tsp
Whole Peanuts
1 tbsp
Curry Leaves

Catch Puliogare Powder
2 tbsp
Boiled Rice
150 g
Fresh Coriander (chopped)
for garnish
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan
Step 2
Add ½ tsp Chana dal, ½ tsp Urad dal, 1 tbsp. whole peanut and crackle it
Step 3
Now add 4-5 curry leaves and cook for 5-6 seconds and switch off the flame
Step 4
Now add 2 tbsp Catch Puliogare Powder, 150g boiled rice and mix well
Step 5
Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot garnished with Fresh Coriander
