Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan, splutter 1 tsp rai and ½ tsp fenugreek seed
Step 2
Add 2 whole Red chilli (break into two), a pinch of Hing, 10-14 Curry leaves, 1 chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minute
Step 3
Now add 2 Chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Now add 250g of cut vegetables (Carrot, Pumpkin, Brinjal, Lauki, Beans etc), 2 tbsp Catch Daily Sambar Powder, 800ml water and 200g boiled toor dal and boil it till it is cooked well
Step 5
Now add 4 tbsp Catch Tamarind paste and salt as per taste. Once its ready garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot
