Oil

Rai (Mustard Seeds)

Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
1/2 tsp
Whole Red Chillies
2 (broken in halves)
Hing (Catch Asafoetida)

Curry Leaves

4–5 (chopped)
Catch Rasam Powder
2 tbsp
Water
1 litre
Tamarind Paste (Catch)
2 tsp
Salt
to taste
Fresh Coriander (chopped)

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, splutter 1 tsp rai and sauté ½ tsp cumin seed.
Step 2
Add 2 whole Red chilli (break into 2), a pinch of Catch Hing, 8 – 10 Curry leaves, 4 – 5 Chopped tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
Step 3
Now add 2 tbsp Catch Rasam Powder and cook for 2 more Minutes.
Step 4
Now add 1 litre water in it and let it boil till it gets cooked well.
Step 5
Add 2 tsp Catch Tamarind paste and salt as per taste. Once it’s done add chopped coriander and served hot.
